Need help, found an issue, or want to report something on the ranking? Write to [email protected]. We read every message, and reports about players are reviewed within 48 hours.

What to include in your message

  • Your device model and iOS or Android version
  • What you were doing and what happened
  • If reporting a ranking name, the name as it appeared and roughly when you saw it
  • If it is about the Arena, your nickname and code as the app shows them (for example Ana#7K2)
Do I need an account to play?
No. All 1,305 campaign questions, every difficulty level and your local progress work fully offline, without an account. An account is needed to sync progress, view and participate in the campaign ranking, send reports from inside the app and play the Weekly Arena. You can create it with e-mail and password, with Google (on iOS and Android) or with Apple (on iOS).
How do I sign in with Google or Apple?
On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Google (iOS and Android) or Continue with Apple (iOS only), or use e-mail and password. The name, photo and e-mail from Google or Apple are not used to fill your profile and are not published on any ranking: you choose your display name and avatar inside the app.
What is the Weekly Arena?
An online mode, separate from the campaign. Each season runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday 00:00 UTC. A run is 25 questions, 20 seconds each, with three lives; a wrong answer, or time running out, costs a life. You get 3 runs per season, and starting a run uses one, even if you leave it or time runs out. Each correct answer is worth 100 points, with no speed bonus. Only your best completed run of the week counts on the leaderboard (to complete a run, answer all 25 questions without losing your three lives), and ties share the same rank. The Arena has its own bank of questions, separate from the campaign.
Why does the Arena need an account and an internet connection?
Because our server runs the Arena: it chooses each run's questions, checks your answers, enforces the 20-second limit and keeps your runs and your place on the leaderboard. Your Arena profile, with a nickname you choose, a short code the server adds (like Ana#7K2) and an avatar, is tied to your account. The campaign is not affected: it still works offline, without an account.
When does the Arena week turn over?
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC (check what that is in your time zone). A new season then opens with a leaderboard that starts fresh and 3 new runs. A run still open when the season ends is closed: runs do not carry over to the next week.
What happens if my internet drops in the middle of a run?
You can continue the same run for up to 30 minutes after your last activity, and never after the season ends: open the Arena and tap Continue run. The question timer does not pause, so an answer that arrives after the time limit counts as a wrong answer. If you do not come back within 30 minutes, the run expires, and the run it used is not given back.
How do I report or block a player in the Arena?
Open the weekly ranking, tap the options button on the player's row and choose Report this competitor or Block this competitor. You can report an offensive nickname, impersonation, suspected cheating or something else, and every report on a player is reviewed by our team within 48 hours. An Arena block hides that player from your leaderboard and is saved to your account, so it follows you to your other devices; you can undo it right after blocking, on the same screen. (On the campaign ranking, a block stays on your device only.)
I think a moderation decision about my account was wrong, or the Arena is unavailable only for me
Sometimes the Arena is closed for everyone, for example for maintenance, between seasons or because the app needs an update, and it also needs a connection. If that does not explain it, or you believe a decision was wrong, such as a suspension, write to [email protected] with your nickname and code exactly as the app shows them (for example Ana#7K2) and what happened. We can review the case and lift a suspension. The app does not state the reason for a suspension.
How do I report an offensive name or behavior on the campaign ranking?
Open the Campaign records screen, find the entry, and use the report option next to it. You can also block that player locally so their name stops appearing to you. Every report on a player is reviewed by our team within 48 hours. For the Arena, see the question above.
How do I delete my account?
On the home screen, tap your player name, choose Delete account and confirm. When the operation completes, it removes your sign-in account, ranking entry and synced gameplay data, and resets the current local progress. Limited moderation and deletion records may remain as explained on the deletion page. If the app reports an interruption, follow its retry instructions. See our Account Deletion page for details, and an alternative if you can't access the app.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
Local progress (no account) stays on the device it was made on and does not transfer automatically. If you want progress to follow you across devices, create an account — it syncs your phases and score.
I found a mistake in a question or reference
With a signed-in account, answer the question and use the report option below the Bible reference. In the Arena, the option is on the answer screen: pick a reason and, if you like, add a comment of up to 300 characters (please do not include personal information). You can also write to us with the phase, the question text (or a screenshot) and what you believe is incorrect. We review every report against the source text.
